PLEASE NOTE: GIS Mapping Professionals with equipment along with the Elaine Water Department will be in the Elaine Rural Water service area this week locating and identifing water meters, cut off valves and fire hydrants. This will allow the Elaine Water Department to indentify all meters currently in use and will also locate meters that have been disconnected. YES this is allowing us to indentify those who have water service but are not on our customer database.
